Liberty Technology Park is one of the main business parks in Cluj-Napoca, located in the northern part of the city, in the backside area of the railway station.
The park is developed on the former Libertatea site from Garii Street, placed 1 km distance from the railway station and 1.5 km from the central area of the city.
The access from the downtown area is easy, being provided on Traian Street. The public transport includes buses (no.26) and trams (no.100/102), with stops placed 100 meters from the business park.
Liberty Technology Park is a business park dedicated to companies from the technology sector, planned to reach a total of 37,000 sq m GLA at full completion.
The first two phases of development were completed during 2013-2015 and include five historic buildings that were refurbished and modernized to A class standards, having a total of 18,260 sq m GLA.
The 3rd phase will start upon request and includes 4 new greenfield buildings of 4 levels (GF+3) with a total of 18,800 sq m GLA (4,700 sq m / floor).
The buildings have A-class specifications such as BMS, HVAC, raised floor, opening windows, secured access, back-up generator, smoke detectors etc.
