The Light business park is located at the limit of the central area of Bucharest, at the junction of Vasile Milea Boulevard and Iuliu Maniu Boulevard, Politehnica area.

The park has a strategic location, at the junction of major boulevards and adjoining Politehnica metro station, respectively next to Politehnica University.

The Light is located at 500 meters from AFI Palace Cotroceni shopping centre, respectively at 650 meters from Cotroceni Palace.

The car access is made on the main two boulevards, providing flowing traffic towards the city center, Victoriei Square and Grozavesti business districts, respectively towards the high-densely districts in western Bucharest. The public transport is very well represented, including metro (Politehnica), tram, bus and trolley-bus stops in the vicinity of The Light (150-280 meters).

The Light is a new A-class office project, including three buildings to be developed in phases.

The first building was completed in 2019 and has a total of 21,000 sq m GLA, developed over 2U+GF+10+technical floor. The typical floor has 2,100 sq m GLA. The building benefits from a parking area of 293 spaces located on two underground levels.

The 2nd building is planned to be completed in 2024 and to have a total of 28,600 sq m GLA, developed along 2U+GF+14+technical floor. The building will be provided with 281 parking spaces.
