Campus 6 is one of the main business parks under pipeline at the central-western limit of Bucharest, the junction between Iuliu Maniu and Vasile Milea boulevards, across of Politehnica metro station.  

Campus 6 is located next to the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, at 300 meters distance from AFI Palace Cotroceni (shopping centre & offices) and at 450 meters from Cotroceni Palace (The Romanian President).

The location on the inner-ring that surrounds the central area provides Campus 6 with a direct and easy access to Grozavesti-Orhideea business district (1 km) and Bucharest’s CBD at Victoriei Square (3.5 km), through the Basarab Passage. 

The public transport is excellent represented and includes Politehnica metro station, bus, trolley-bus and tram stops placed nearby the business park.

Campus 6 includes 4 office buildings (U+GF+10) with a total of over 81,000 sq m GLA, developed in phases during 2018-2022. The buildings are LEED and WELL certified.

The 1^st building having 22,200 sq m GLA (2,200 sq m GLA/floor) was completed in 2018, while the 2^nd and 3^rd buildings, having over 37,000 sq m GLA, were delivered in September 2020.

The main tenants of the park include Microsoft, Societe Generale European Business Services, NXP Semiconductors, DELL, London Stock Exchange and Regus.

The 4^th building (Campus 6.4) with over 22,000 sq m GLA is planned to start construction at the end of 2021.
