The office department of Activ Property Services specializes in representing the owners of office buildings in Bucharest, Timisoara, Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Brasov and other major cities in Romania. We are one of the main consultants in the market and we have access to a portfolio that includes over 500 office buildings nationwide.
One of the recent major projects was Nokia Campus. We provided consulting and rental services for the development of the largest campus of a company outside of Bucharest, by consolidating the Nokia offices in Timisoara into a single office occupying 27,000 m2 in Bega Business Park.
Landlord representation
We represent the owners of more than 500 class A and B office buildings in Romania, to whom we offer services that include the promotion of available spaces, the identification of potential tenants, the viewing of the spaces, consulting in the negotiation of commercial terms and the rental contract.
In recent years we have secured for these owners major tenants such as CH Robinson, Suzuki, Egis, ID Logistics, Swissquote, RFI, Regina Maria, Mindray, VTG Rail, New Balance.
Tenant representation
We have provided tenant representation services for many renowned international and local companies, including Renault, Kellogg's, Ericsson, Honeywell, Mondelez, 3M, Unilever, Vodafone, Thomson Reuters, etc.
The services offered started from the analysis of the tenant's needs and included the identification of options in the market, the selection of buildings, comparative analyzes and the establishment of the best option, the negotiation of commercial terms and rental contracts.
“Move or Stay” analysis
We carry out "move or stay" analyses, starting from a detailed understanding of the client's requirements and the degree of satisfaction brought by the current headquarters, identifying possible relocation options, viewing the buildings and comparative analysis of the selected spaces.
