Aviators Park is the main business project in the area of Henri Coanda International Airport, north of Bucharest, located just 300 meters distance from the Departures building.

The project is placed on Aeroportului Boulevard, at 400 meters distance from the junction with DN1, respectively at 9 km from Baneasa Airport and 14 km from Victoriei Square.

The car accessibility is made through Aeroportului Boulevard, a 2-lane each-way route connected directly to DN1. The public transport includes dedicated bus lines that connect the airport to central Bucharest, being planned to benefit also by metro infrastructure on medium-term.

Aviators Park is a mixed-use project, planned to include 4 multi-use office buildings and Hilton Garden Inn hotel (218 rooms) that is already under operation starting 2019.

The office buildings spread along ground floor and maximum 2 upper floors, accounting for a total of 18,700 sq m GLA. The buildings will provide a floor area varying in between 800 – 4,500 sq m.
