AFI Park is the most important real-estate project in the downtown area of Brasov City, a mixed-use scheme that includes a 45,000 sq m GLA shopping centre and two office buildings of 25,000 sq m GLA.

The public transport includes bus stops (13 lines) right in front of the project, on 15 November Boulevard, respectively additional bus, trolley bus and Brasov Railwy Station in pedestrian distance.

AFI Park Brasov is a new A-class office project, with LEED Gold certification, that includes 2 buildings placed on top of the shopping center. The project is developed in two phases, including building 1 (15,000 sq m GLA) and building 2 (10,000 sq m GLA).

The first building, developed on 12 floors (1,370 sq m GLA / floor) is planned to be delivered in the second half of 2020.
