The Office is the largest office complex in Cluj-Napoca. The project is placed in the central area, on 21 Decembrie 1989 Boulevard, at just 600 meters from ground-zero Avram Iancu Square (Ortodox Cathedral).
The area of 21 Decembrie 1989 and Calea Dorobantilor boulevards, connecting downtown with the western area of the city, has developed as the main office area in Cluj-Napoca, having advantages such as proximity with downtown, public transport excellent developed (bus routes) and good accessibility from all the city areas.
The Office is a project of 55,000 sq m GLA, having 3 buildings built one in the extension of the other. The first two buildings (40,700 sq m GLA) were delivered in 2014-2015, with the 3rd one (18,500 sq m GLA) being under construction with delivery for Q2 2017. The buildings have underground, ground floor and 6 upper levels (last floor retrait), providing a a floor area of 6,000 sq m (to reach 9,000 sq m GLA).
The buildings have A-class specifications and BREEAM certificate (green building): BMS, HVAC, raised floor and suspended ceiling, opening windows, secured access, back-up generator, smoke detectors etc.
The complex includes major tenants such as Bombardier, EY, HP, Yardi, 3Pillar Global, Deloitte, National Instruments, Bosch and Betfair.
