Liberty Technology Park is an office park under construction in the northern part of Cluj-Napoca, in the area behind the railway station.
The park is placed on the former site of Libertatea factory on Garii Street, at 1 km distance from the railway station and 1.5 km from the central area of the city.
The accessibility from the downtown area is easy, provided through Traian Street, while the public transport includes bus (no.26) and tram (no.100/102) with stops at 100 meters from the park.
Liberty Technology Park is a major project planned for technology companies, to include at completion a number of 8 buildings with a total built area of 46,800 sq m.
The first phase of the park has been completed at the end of 2014 includes 2 historical interconnected buildings, with ground floor and first floor, refurbished to A-class standards. The letting area of the 1st phase reaches 5,600 sq m, with a floor area of aprox. 2,700 sq m.
The buildings specifications include BMS, HVAC, raised floor, opening windows, secured access, back-up generator, smoke detectors etc.
