Media Office Building is a multi-use property located in northern Bucharest, Dimitrie Pompeiu – Fabrica de Glucoza area, at a distance of 700 meters from Pipera metro station.

The property is placed in the backside of Mobexpert store from the junction of Petricani Street with Fabrica de Glucoza Road, across of the entry on A3 motorway Bucharest – Ploiesti.

The vicinities of the property are mixed use, including offices of A class and B class, industrial buildings, new residential blocks and retail units (Mobexpert, shops). The area has been redeveloped along Dimitrie Pompeiu Boulevard into the largest office concentration in Bucharest.

The car access is made from Fabrica de Glucoza Road, a major route enlarged to two lanes each way in 2020, connected with the rest of the major boulevards in the area (Petricani Street – Bucuresti Nord Road, Barbu Vacarescu Boulevard, Calea Floreasca), respectively to A3 motorway.

The public transport includes Pipera metro station at 7-8 minutes walking distance from the buildings, respectively tram stops (16, 36) at just 3 minutes walking.   

Media Office Building includes a building with offices / storage / light production developed over ground floor, 1^st floor and a small withdrawn 2^nd floor, having a total of approx. 5,500 sq m GLA. The floors benefit from a distance of 6 meters in between pillarsand a usable height of 3.3 meters. In front of the building there are parking spaces, while a concrete platform placed at the backside of the buildings allows trucks’ access and space to manoeuvre. 

The building was the headquarters and printing house of Adevarul press group.

The proposed space to let is located at the ground floor of the building and has a total of 1,183 sq m, out of which:

- Offices: 483 sq m, including open space area, 7 rooms for individual management offices and departments, meeting room, toilets, kitchen and dining room;

- Production / storage: 700 sq m, splited into several areas, with door access from the concrete platform.
